Resham has put in place no-hassle procedures to ensure that you can buy from us in confidence and return the item if the item is faulty or not what you had ordered. In case you are dissatisfied with the product received from us, you may contact us with your complaints/ feedbacks at email@example.com We shall revert back to you at the earliest.
Pre-order Terms & Conditions
A Pre-ordered product cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.
An order for the product is taken only after the payment is received.
In the case of delay or the ordered product is not delivered, it will be informed to the client in the time period and we will refund exact and only the amount paid by the client at the time of order placement for a particular product.
Resham's Exchange Policy
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Saris once finished with fall and hemming will not be returned or exchanged.
The item/s must be in original condition, with the original packaging, and with all tags still attached.
Item/s must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have make-up stains or garments that smell of perfume.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Fabrics once cut, cannot be returned or exchanged.
The amount for items once bought will not be refunded. You can either exchange the product or we will give you a credit note which can be used to buy another product.
